一株降解雌二醇的恶臭假单胞菌的分离鉴定及降解活性

摘要: 从江苏省某废水处理站的活性污泥中分离出一株高效降解17-雌二醇(E2)的细菌,编号为CR7.研究表明,CR7能以E2为唯一碳源,在3d内对初始浓度为10 mgL-1的E2降解率为79%.分析其形态学、生理生化和16S rRNA序列,鉴定为一株恶臭假单胞菌(Pseudomonas putida).在培养温度25 ℃,添加Cr2+、Pb2+、Cu2+、Ba2+、Zn2+、Ca2+的培养液中,E2的降解率分别为0.33%、0、83.33%、82.17%、83.37%和87.10%.使用重组基因酵母技术检测了CR7菌株降解污染E2的土壤,在168 h降解E2的效果达到72%.
