气溶胶水溶性有机物(WSOC)中二元羧酸的测定
DETERMINATION OF DICARBOXYLIC ACIDS OF WATER SOLUBLE ORGANICS IN AEROSOL

摘要: 提出了BF3/丁醇酯化衍生反应GC/MS分析大气气溶胶水溶性有机物(WSOC)中二元羧酸(乙二酸、丙二酸和丁二酸)的测定方法.其相应酯化产物乙二酸二丁酯、丙二酸二丁酯和丁二酸二丁酯的线性范围为1×10-5mol·l-1—1×10-2mol·l-1,精密度分别为1.67%,3.04%和5.28%;最低检测限分别为1.9×10-7mol·l-1,1.1×10-7mol·l-1和1.25×10-6mol·l-1.并实测了北京市秋、冬两季乙二酸、丙二酸和丁二酸的平均浓度水平,分别为444ng·m-3,40ng·m-3,302ng·m-3.Abstract: This paper set up the identification method of BF3/n-butanol derivatization-GC/MS for analy- zing dicarboxylic acids of water soluble organics in aerosol.The linear concentration of dibutyl oxalate,dibutyl malonate and dibutyl succinate ranged from 1�10-5mol·l-1 to 1�10-2mol·l-1,the accuracy was 1.67%,3.04% and 5.28%,respectively,and the detection limits were 1.9�10-7mol·l-1,1.1�10-7mol·l-1 and 1.25�10-6mol·l-1,respectively.The identification method was applied for Beijing aerosol samples in fall and winter.The average concentrations for oxalic acid,malonic acid and succinic acid were 444ng·m-3,40ng·m-3 and 302ng·m-3,respectively.
