  • 摘要: 采用基于生理学的InVitro实验, 测定经口无意摄入的铅污染土壤在人体内的生物有效性.通过模拟人体的胃和小肠环境, 研究土壤中铅被消化道吸收的最大量.结果表明, 在铅污染土壤中施加羟基磷灰石后, 铅对人体的生物有效性下降约20倍.
