电化学法同时测定水样中的间硝基酚和对硝基酚
SIMULTANEOUS DETERMINATION OF m-AND p-NITROPHENOL BY DIFFERENTIAL PULSE VOLTAMMETRY

摘要: 用微分脉冲伏安法同时测定了水样中含间硝基酚和对硝基酚的混合体系,在0.1mol·l-1乙二胺-0.5mol·l-1氯化铵(pH=8.50)底液中于-0.50V和-0.69V(vsAg/AgCl)处出现两个灵敏度高且互不干扰的吸附波.间硝基酚和对硝基酚分别在4.0×10-7-8.0×10-5mol·l-1和2.0×10-7-4.0×10-5mol·l-1范围内与峰电流ip呈良好的线性关系.检测限分别为8.0×10-8mol·l-1和6.0×10-8mol·l-1.本法可用于环境废水中微量间硝基酚和对硝基酚的同时测定.另外,对双组分体系的吸附性质和电极反应机理作了研究.Abstract: The simultaneous determination of m-nitrophenol and p-nitrophenol in binary mixtures had been studied with differential pulse voltammetry in the paper.The m and p-nitrophenol gave the sensitive adsorptive waves at -0.50V and -0.69V(vs.Ag/AgCl)in a solution of 0 1mol·l-1 C2H8N2-0.5mol·l-1 NH4Cl(pH=8.50).The peak currents were proportional to the concentration of m-nitrophenol and p-nitrophenol respectively in the range of 4.0×10-7 —8.0×10-5 mol·l-1 and 2.0×10-7 —4.0×10-5 mol·l-1.Their detection limits were 8.0×10-8 mol·l-1 and 6.0×10-8 mol·l-1.This method had been successfully applied to determine trace m and p-nitrophenol in waste water.The electrochemical behavior and reaction mechanism of the system were studied.
