二碘荧光素-溴化十六烷基三甲基铵检测辛硫磷的分析应用
DETERMINATION OF PHOXIM RESIDUES BY DIIODOFLUORESCEIN- CETYL TRIMETHYL AMMONIUM BROMIDE AND ITS ANALYTICAL APPLICATION

摘要: 在pH为6.00的B-R缓冲溶液中, 二碘荧光素与一定浓度的溴化十六烷基三甲基铵发生荧光增强反应,加入农药辛硫磷后,体系的荧光强度降低,且降低程度ΔF值与辛硫磷的加入量呈良好的线性关系,建立了用此荧光法来测定辛硫磷残留总量的新方法.在优化实验条件下,线性范围为0.004—0.40 mg·L-1,检出限为0.04 mg·L-1.已用于大米和土壤中辛硫磷残留总量的检测,回收率在98.8%—99.4%之间,相对标准偏差在1.72%—1.83%之间.

Abstract: In the Britton-Robinson (B-R) buffer solution at pH=6.00, the fluorescence intensity of diiodofluorescein is enhanced when cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide is added. The enhanced fluorescence intensity declined significantly after phoxim addition, and the reduction in fluorescence intensity is proportional to the concentration of phoxim. Based on this, a new fast and simple method for the determination of phoxim total-residues was developed. Under optimal experimental conditions, the linear range of this assay is 0.004—0.40 mg·L-1 and the detection limit is 0.04 mg·L-1. The method was applied to the determination of the organophosphorus pesticide total-residues in rice and soil. The average recoveries of the method ranged from 98.8%—99.4%with a relative standard deviation (RSD) range of 1.72%—1.83%.-
