高性能铅离子吸附剂聚间苯二胺微粒的包埋
THE EMBEDMENT OF POLY (m-PHENYLENEDIAMINE) MICROPARTIClES AS A HIGH-PERFORMANCE ADSORBENT FOR LEAD IONS

摘要: 以聚乙烯醇为包埋剂、硼酸为交联剂,将高性能铅离子吸附剂聚间苯二胺微粒包埋成球.着重考察包埋剂浓度、包埋比、交联时间等对包埋小球的力学性能和吸铅性能的影响.结果表明,最佳包埋工艺为:聚乙烯醇浓度为8wt%、包埋比为1:1(W/W)、交联时间为24h.包埋小球对初始浓度为500mg·l-1左右Pb2+的吸附容量达129.1mg·g-1.Abstract: Poly(m-phenylenediamine)(PmPD)microparticles with high adsorbability of lead ions were entrapped into spheres using polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)as entrapping agent and boric acid as cross-linking agent.The effect of PVA concentration,PmPD/PVA entrapment ratio,and cross-linking time on mechanical and lead ion-uptaking performance of the spheres was emphasized.The results of the orthogonal experiment suggested that the optimal entrapment conditions were as follows:the PVA concentration of 8 wt%,the entrapment ratio of 1:1(W/W),and the cross-linking reaction time of 24h.The adsorption capacity for lead ions at the initial ion concentration of 500mg·l-1 could reach 129.1 mg·g-1.
