高锰酸钾与敌百虫对草鱼幼鱼的联合毒性
Joint Toxicity of Potassium Permanganate and Trichlorphon to Juvenile Grass Carps (Ctenopharyngodon idellus)

摘要: 采用静水实验法考察了高锰酸钾与敌百虫对草鱼幼鱼的联合毒性效应。结果显示,高锰酸钾与敌百虫的联合毒性在24、48、72和96 h时均表现为拮抗作用,且随着时间的延长,拮抗作用逐渐减弱。组织病理学的结果表明,暴露于高锰酸钾和敌百虫混合溶液中的草鱼幼鱼的肝脏、肾脏和鳃均发生了各种类型的病变。Abstract: The joint toxicity of potassium permanganate and trichlorphon to juvenile grass carps (Ctenopharyngodon idellus) was investigated by the static test. Results showed that the combination of potassium permanganate and trichlorphon exhibited antagonistic effects at the exposure times of 24, 48, 72 and 96 h, while the antagonistic effects weakened gradually with the extension of time. The histopathological analysis indicated that the exposure to the mixture of potassium permanganate and trichlorphon caused various types of lesions in the livers, kidneys and gills of juvenile grass carps.
