“十一五”期间辽河沈阳段水质变化规律及原因分析

摘要: “十一五”期间,辽河沈阳段水质持续改善,到2010年,水质首次达到国家地表水Ⅴ类标准,综合污染指数达到3.0,水质属轻污染级;“十二五”期间,沈阳市将通过采取继续加强城镇污水处理厂建设和对污染源进行总量控制等措施,使辽河沈阳段水质持续改善。Abstract: During the eleventh five-year period, the water quality of Liaohe river in Shenyang has become better and better.By 2010, the water quality first met the national Vstandards, the composite pollution index was 3.0,and the water was polluted lightly. In the twelfth five-year period, the Shenyang government will make the water quality of Liaohe river continuously improved by intensifying the construction of municipal sewage treatment plants and controlling the total amount of pollutants discharged by the pollution units.
