污泥转移SBR工艺处理低浓度生活污水
Low concentration domestic wastewater treatment with sludge-shifting SBR process

摘要: 污泥转移SBR工艺是一种通过内部污泥回流实现污泥在不同SBR隔室间转移,从而增加污泥利用效率,提高系统除污效能的新工艺。以设计规模为240 m3/d、处理低浓度生活污水的工艺系统为对象,研究了新工艺在不同泥转移量(污泥回流比)下的除污性能,并与系统以传统SBR方式运行的情况进行了对比。结果表明,新工艺可以有效提高SBR反应器的容积利用率;采用30%的污泥回流比进行污泥转移,新工艺的处理能力比传统SBR工艺提高近1/2,除磷效率从46%提升至85%。出水各项水质指标均能达到国家排放标准的要求。Abstract: The sludgeshifting SBR process is an updated biological wastewater treatment process, in which the activated sludge can be transferred among the different SBR units by means of internal sludge cycling, aimed to improving the treatment performance of the system through increasing the efficiency of biomass utilization. An on-site sludge-shifting SBR system with design capacity of 240 m3/d was studied, for treating low concentration domestic sewage. The system was operated under the different sludge transfer volumes (different sludge cycling ratios), and also conventional SBR mode, the treatment performances under different conditions were analyzed and compared. The results show that the updated process can effectively increase the utilization of the working volume of SBR units. Compared to the conventional SBR process, the updated process could increase the treatment capacity by nearly 1/2 with phosphorus removal efficiency increased from 46% to 85% when the sludge cycling ratio was 30%, and the effluent quality met the requirements of the national state discharge criteria.
