DIC厌氧反应器在医药废水处理中的应用
Application of DIC anaerobic reactor in treatment of pharmacy wastewater

摘要: 以微电解和催化氧化技术作为预处理,采用双循环厌氧反应器、生物接触氧化以及曝气生物滤池工艺,处理吡啶类医药废水,出水各项指标均达到了国家排放标准《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)的一级标准。其中双循环厌氧反应器,处理经预处理后的医药废水时,容积负荷可达8.6 kg COD/(m3·d),COD去除效率可达83.8%。Abstract: With pretreatment of microelectrolysis and catalytic oxidation, the technology of double internal circulation anaerobic reactor (DIC), biological contact oxidation and biological aerated filter process was used to treat the pyridine pharmaceutical wastewater. The results showed that the effluent quality met with the first order of “Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard” (GB8978-1996). After being pretreated, the pharmaceutical wastewater could be treated efficiently by DIC reactor, the organic loading rate of DIC reactor could reach up to 8.6 kg COD/(m3·d), and COD removal rate could reach up to 83.8%.
