生化法处理乳链菌肽发酵废水研究

摘要: 根据乳链菌肽发酵废水氮源丰富、碳源缺乏,不利于酵母菌生长和废水处理,利用色拉油加工废水做碳源,研究了初始pH、接种量、初始C/N比、溶解氧、水力停留时间对生化法处理乳链菌肽发酵废水的影响。结果表明,最佳条件为:初始pH 4.5、溶氧浓度2~3 mg/L、接种量12%、C/N 20∶1~30∶1、水力停留时间56 h,进水COD浓度27 100 mg/L。处理后的乳链菌肽发酵废水COD去除率达91.3%、出水pH 6.0~8.0。Abstract: The nisin production wastewater with high nitrogen source was treated by biochemical method. Effects of initial pH, inoculating dose, C/N ratio, dissolved oxygen and hydraulic retain time were studied by supplying the salad oil production wastewater as carbon source because it was barren in the nisin production wastewater. The results show that the optimal conditions are pH 4.5,dissolved oxygen 2~3 mg/L, inoculatting dose 12%,C/N ratio 20∶1~30∶1 and hydraulic retain time 56 h,influent concentration of COD 27 100 mg/L. The removal rate of COD is 93.1%, and effluent pH is 6.0~8.0.
