Effects of 3 Kinds of PAHs on the Expression of CYP17A1 Genes of Strongylocentrotus intermedius

  • 摘要: 为揭示不同种类多环芳烃(PAHs)污染物对中间球海胆(Strongylocentrotus intermedius)的生态毒理效应,研究了不同浓度的苯并(a)芘(1、5和20 μg·L-1)以及2种烷基多环芳烃3-甲基菲(5、10和100 μg·L-1)和2-甲基蒽(5、10和50 μg·L-1)对海胆细胞色素CYP17A1基因表达的影响。结果表明,随着暴露时间的增加,不同浓度的3种多环芳烃对海胆细胞色素CYP17A1基因表达产生不同程度的影响。与对照组相比,暴露14 d后,苯并(a)芘20 μg·L-1处理组对海胆CYP17A1基因的表达表现出抑制作用(P<0.05);暴露14 d后,3-甲基菲100 μg·L-1处理组对海胆CYP17A1基因的表达表现出诱导作用(P<0.05);暴露14 d后,2-甲基蒽50 μg·L-1处理组对海胆CYP17A1基因的表达表现出抑制作用(P<0.05)。2-甲基蒽对海胆CYP17A1基因表达的影响比苯并(a)芘、3-甲基菲的影响更为明显。
