虫螨腈对斑马鱼的急性毒性及生物富集性
Acute Toxicity and Bioaccumulation of Chlorfenapyr in Brachydanio rerio

摘要: 以斑马鱼(Brachydanio rerio) 为试验生物,采用半静态法测定虫螨腈对斑马鱼的急性毒性和生物富集系数。试验结果表明,虫螨腈对斑马鱼 96 h-LC50为 0.015 mg·L-1,其 95% 的置信限为 0.011 mg·L-1~0.12 mg·L-1,属于高毒。在两个处理浓度2.0×10-4 mg·L-1和 2.0×10-3 mg·L-1下,连续暴露 8 d,斑马鱼对虫螨腈的生物富集系数(BCF8d) 分别为 1 211.6 和 1 549.7,属于高富集性农药。Abstract: Acute toxicity and bioaccumulation of Chlorfenapyr to Brachydanio rerio were measured by semi-static method. The results showed that the 96 h-LC50 of Chlorfenapyr to B. rerio was 0.015 mg·L-1 with 95% confidence interval (CI) of 0.011 to 0.12 mg·L-1. Chlorfenapyr showed high toxicity to B. rerio. The 8 days bioaccumulation factors (BCF8d) of Chlorfenapyr were 1 211.6 and 1 549.7 at the concentrations of 2.0×10-4 and 2.0×10-3 mg·L-1, respectively, which indicated bioaccumulation of Chlorfenapyr in B. rerio was high.
