V2O5/ACF催化剂用于烟气低温脱硝的研究
STUDY ON THE ACTIVITIES OF V2O5/ACF CATALYST FOR THE CATALYTIC REDUCTION OF NO AT LOW TEMPERATURE

摘要: 采用等体积浸渍法制备V2O5/ACF,CuO/ACF和Fe2O3/ACF催化剂,在H2O和SO2存在下,三种催化剂选择性催化还原(SCR)NOx的活性依次为V2O5/ACFCuO/ACFFe2O3/ACF.对V2O5/ACF催化剂中V2O5担载量、反应温度和反应空速对脱硝活性的研究表明,当H2O和SO2存在时,V2O5的最佳负载量为0.5wt%,在反应温度为180℃,空速为2000 h-1时,NO转化率可达84%,表明该催化剂具有良好的抗H2O和SO2毒化的能力.

Abstract: Three catalysts,V2O5/ACF,CuO/ACF and Fe2O/ACF were prepared by pore volume impregnation method,and the catalytic activity of selective catalytic reduction(SCR)of NOx with NH3 is in the order of V2O5/ACFCuO/ACFFe2O3/ACF in the presence of H2O and SO2.The effects of V2Osloading,reaction temperature and space velocity on SCR activity were studied.Results show that the best loading of V2O5 is 0.5wt% and the NO conversion is 84% at 180℃and 2000h-1in the presence of H2O and SO2,which means that 0.5wt% V2O5/ACF catalyst can well resist the deactivation of H2O and SO2.-
