多介质环境样品中有机氯农药及其手性成分的分析方法
DETERMINATION METHOD OF ORGANOCHLORINE PESTICIDES AND THEIR CHRIAL COMPONENTS IN ENVIRONMENTAL SAMPLES

摘要: 建立了利用自装填的硫酸硅胶层析柱和商品化固相萃取(SPE)硅胶小柱净化,结合非手性气相色谱和手性气相色谱柱对多介质环境样品中有机氯农药及其手性成分的分析方法.在优化的条件下,对土壤、浮尘、植物(松针)和动物(蚯蚓)样品中有机氯农药及其手性成分进行了分离检测,获得的数据能够为确认环境样品中有机氯农药的来源提供非常有用的信息.Abstract: This paper developed an analytical method to determinate the organochlorine pesticides as well as their chrial components using no-chiral/chiral gas chromatogram column.The cleanup procedures of samples were done through sulfuric acid silica gel and solid phase extraction silica column.Under optimized conditions,target components in soil,dust,needle and earth worm were determined effectively.It was helpful of this method for obtaining data which provided some information to identify/track the source of pollutants in the environment.
