MgO/AC复合材料脱除汽油中的硫化物

摘要: 用造纸草浆黑液和硫酸镁为原料制得氧化镁/活性炭(MgO/AC)复合材料,研究了该复合材料的油品脱硫性能.考察了固定床动态实验条件对MgO/AC复合材料脱硫性能的影响,在固定床温度80℃、油剂比1.0、空速5h-1的条件下,脱硫率达98.23%.比较了MgO/AC复合材料、商品活性炭和氧化镁的脱硫性能,结果表明,MgO/AC复合材料有较高的脱硫性能和较大的硫容.300℃下保温2h对MgO/AC复合材料再生,脱硫率为91.46%,穿透时间为80min.

Abstract: MgO/AC composites,which were derived from the mixture of straw pulp liquor and MgSO4·7H2O,were used for desulfurization of gasoline. Its sulfur removal rate was 98.23% under the conditions of the fixed bed temperature of 80℃,a trated oil/adsorbent of 1.0,space velocity of 5.0h-1. Compared with commercial activated carbon and magnesia,MgO/AC composites had the highest desulfurization reactivities. Its sulfur removal rate was 91.46%,with penetrability time of 80min,when MgO/AC composites were regenration under 300℃ and 2h.-
