摘要:
本文采用气相色谱法直接测定水、土中10种有机氮农药的多残留.样品用丙酮振荡或组织捣碎提取,经凝结法净化,净化液用二氯甲烷萃取,干燥,浓缩后用带NPD的气谱仪测定.气谱采用长1m,内径0.2cm的玻璃柱,填充5%OV.17/Chromo.orb Q 80—100目.该柱对10种有机氯农药有较好的分离效果.通过方法回收率及水、土的添加回收率试验,证实些法的可靠性及可行性、其添加回收率为84.21—99.20%,变异系数为1.02—10.33%,最低检测浓度为0.0004—0.0218ppm.
Abstract:
A gas chromatographic method was developed for the analysis of organo-nitrogen pesticide residues in soil and water. The samples were shaken or blended with 100ml of acetone. The mixture was purified by coagulation,reex-tracted with three 50 ml portions of dichloromethane. The organic phases were combined,passed over anhydrous sodium sulfate, then evaporated to about 1-1.5ml. The resulting solution was measured by gas chromatography with NPD and 5 % OV-17/ Chromosorb Q(80-100 mesh)column. The method described was applicable to simultaneous analysis of 10 organonitrogen pesticide residues with satisfactory recovery(from 84.21% to 99.30%), variant coefficient(from 1.02% to 10.33%)and minimum detectability(from 0.0004 to 0.0218ppm).
