单甲脒农药对鱼脑胆碱酯酶活性的影响

摘要: 金鱼、鲤鱼在实验室(16±4℃)驯化4-7d,其脑胆碱酯酶(AChE)活力在显著水平为P≤0.05时,不同组的金鱼(5-7cm)、鲤鱼(10-12cm)无显著差异.离体实验条件下,单甲脒(DMA)农药对金鱼、鲤鱼的半抑制浓度分别为125.9mg·1-1和25.7mg·l-1.DMA农药对鲤鱼的作用大于对金鱼的作用.鱼脑AChE可以作为一项指标用于毒理学研究.

Abstract: Under normal condition, it was proved that difference of brain AChE from different groups of gold fish (5-7cm) and carp (10-12cm) acclimated under 16±4℃ for 4-7 days was not significant (P≥0. 05) in the laboralory. Then tests of the effects of DMA on brain AChE of gold fish and carp in vitro were carried out. The results showed that DMA caused fairly strong inhibition to brain AChE. The concentration required to effect 50% inhibition of DMA to brain AChE of gold fish and carp were 125. 9,25. 7mg·1-1, respectively, Enzyme tests also indicated that the sensitivity of carp brain AChE to DMA was greater than that of the gold fish. It was proposed that effects of toxicant on brain AChE could be used as an index of toxicological assessment.-
