NP型复合纳滤膜对豆腐废水处理的应用

摘要: 本文对NP型复合纳滤膜的分离性能进行了初步实,并在此基础上采用纳验滤膜平板过滤装置对豆腐加工过程中产生的废水进行处理,以降低废水中的COD含量.实验结果表明,NP型复合纳滤膜对0.2%MgSO4溶液的截留率(R)高于90%,相应透量 (f)约为 20L·m-2·h-1(0、4MPa).豆腐废水COD的去除率大于90%.Abstract: The aim of this paper is to demonstrate the applicability of a laboratory made nanofiltration(NF)membrane in lowering COD content of an industrial wastewater. The performances of the NP type of NF membrane were studied with respect to the treatment of Doufu processing wastewater. A pilot plant with flat sheet NF membranes was applied in the experiments. The results of the experiments showed that the NF membrane had a rejection rate of higher than 90%, and a permeate rate of about 20 L·m-2·h-1at 0. 4MPa with a feed of 0. 2%(W)MgSO4 solution. In the treatment of Doufu wastewater,more than 90% of the COD content was removed by the NF membrane. The experiment results suggests that the NP type of NF membrane may find its position in the field of industrial wastewater treatment processes.
