有机碳对茶叶中几种重金属定量分析的影响

摘要: 日益严重的环境污染，使得茶叶中多种重金属含量严重超标.茶叶中的矿物质来自茶树生长的土壤，虽然茶叶富含人体必需的有益微量元素, 但也同时含有多种毒性较大的重金属，茶叶中重金属的含量水平直接影响到饮茶人群的健康安全.
