选择性去除香烟烟气中亚硝胺的研究
INVESTIGATION ON THE SELECTIVE REMOVING N-NITROSAMINES FROM THE SMOKE OF CIGARETTE

摘要: 沸石具有选择性吸附和催化去除亚硝胺的功能.使用沸石添加剂和/或微波辐射预处理,可将香烟侧流烟气中致癌性物质亚硝胺的含量降低约50%,主流烟气中降低60—90%,能有效地减轻吸烟对于环境的污染.Abstract: A novel way for decreasing the content of N-nitrosamines in the cigarette smoke is reported in this paper, and it is proven that N-nitrosamines can be selectively adsorbed and/or catalytic decomposed by zeolites. By use of zeolite addition a long with microwave irradiation, about half of the N-nitrosamines was removed from the side-stream of cigarette, as sensitively determined by the modified spectrophotometric method. For the mainstream, moreover, about 60%-90% of the N-nitrosamines could be removed. Influence of zeolite structure and surface properties as well as addition method on the removing N-nitrosamines from smoke was explored, and an application of porous materials in cigarette was firstly reported in this article. These progresses are beneficial for developing the novel environment benign cigarette in near future.
