用共沉淀法合成了三个系列的DeSOx催化剂:铜类催化剂、铈类催化剂、铜铈类催化剂.模拟流化催化裂化(FCC)条件,分别考察了催化剂的组成、水热处理.反应温度、体系中氧气浓度对SOx吸附容量的影响,研究了催化剂吸附SOx后的再生性能,同时将合成催化剂与工业催化剂(INTERCAT公司的DeSOx催化剂)的DeSOx性能进行了比较.结果表明,随着反应温度的升高,催化剂的SOx吸附容量出现一极大值;水热处理使催化剂的SOx吸附容量减小;在本实验条件下,体系中的最佳氧气浓度在0.5%—0.8%(V)之间;720℃时,三个系列催化剂的DeSOx性能均优于INTERCAT催化剂,但再生性能比INTERCAT催化剂略差.
Abstract:
Three series of catalysts (copper-containing catalyst, cerium-containing catalyst, copper-ceri-um-containing catalyst) were prepared by coprecipitation method. Simulating the FCCconditions, the effects of the composition of catalyst, reaction temperature, O2 concentration and hydrothermal treatment on the SOx adsorption capacity were examined. Meanwhile, the regeneration of catalysts deactivated by the SOx adsorption was investigated and the comparison of DeSOx performance between our catalysts and INTERCAT catalyst was carried out. The results show that the SOx adsorption capacity of catalysts takes on a extreme value with the increase of reaction temperature, the hydrothermal treatment makes the adsorption capacity decrease, the optimal O2 concentration for our experimental conditions is between 0.5% (V) and 0.8% (V), the DeSOx performances of our catalysts are better than that of the INTERCAT catalyst.
