超高交联吸附树脂对水中对甲苯胺的吸附热力学与动力学研究
STUDY ON THERMODYNAMICS AND KINETICS OF ADSORPTION OF p-TOLUIDINE FROM AQUEOUS SOLUTION BY HYPERCROSSLINKED POLYMERIC ADSORBENTS

摘要: 研究了带有磺酸基的超高交联吸附树脂NG-5和NG-10对水中对甲苯胺的静态吸附性能,并与不带磺酸基的CHA-111吸附树脂进行了比较.结果表明,NG-5树脂对水溶液中对甲苯胺的吸附能力高于NG-10及CHA-111,这主要得益于树脂表面的磺酸基与对甲苯胺分子的氨基间形成的氢键作用,以及树脂的微孔作用机制.吸附等温线采用三参数多层吸附方程来拟合,相关性很好.对吸附热力学和动力学的研究结果表明,NG-5和NG-10对于对甲苯胺的吸附为吸热过程,而且是自发进行的,吸附速率主要由颗粒内扩散控制.Abstract: The performance of static adsorption of p-toluidine onto the hypercrosslinked polymeric adsorbents NG-5 and NG-10 with sulfonic groups was investigated in details and some comparison was made between NG-5,NG-10 and the common adsorbent CHA-111.The results showed that the adsorption capacities of NG-5 were higher than that of NG-10 and CHA-111,which may be contributed to the hydrogen bonding interaction between the sulfonic group of the adsorbent and the amino group of p-toluidine and the unusual pore distribution.The equilibrium data were well correlated with a three parameter multilayer adsorption isotherm equation.The studies on the thermodynamics and kinetics showed that the adsorption of p-toluidine onto NG-5 and NG-10 is the endothermic sorption pocess and occurs automatically.Furthermore,the adsorption rate was mainly governed by intraparticle diffusion.
