胞外聚合物物理法提取过程的优化
OPTIMIZATION OF EXTRACTION PROCESS OF EXTRACELLULAR POLYMERIC SUBSTANCES BY PHYSICS METHOD

摘要: 对物理法提取活性污泥中的胞外聚合物(EPS)进行了优化.分别考察了超声时间、振摇时间、离心速度和时间以及加热时间对EPS的松散附着(LB)和紧密粘附(TB)提取的影响,得出污泥EPS物理法提取的优化方案.Abstract: The extraction of extracellular polymeric substances(EPS) is one key of quantitative analysis of EPS in activated sludge.Optimization of EPS extraction by physics method in activated sludge was investigated for a good extraction process.Extracellular polymeric substances consist of loosely bound EPS(LB) and tightly bound EPS(TB).The influence of ultrasonic time,centrifuging speed and time,shaking time and heating time on LB and TB extraction was studied here,respectively.At last,an optimization scheme of EPS extraction by physics method was generated.
