改性污泥脱水性能的中试研究

Pilot-scale study on modified sludge dewatering properties

  • 摘要: 为了将改性处理之后的污泥含水率降低至55%以下,节约后续直接填埋或者焚烧污泥等处置费用,利用某污水处理厂的污泥高干脱水装置,采用铁盐、石灰、PAC和PAM复合使用对污泥改性处理,研究改性处理后的污泥经板框压滤之后脱水的效果。结果表明,投入待处理污泥干重的10%硫酸亚铁和20%石灰,3%氯化铁与20%石灰,13%聚合氯化铝与0.3%聚丙烯酰胺改性较为理想,改性后的污泥经隔膜压滤后极大地降低了污泥的体积,对工程应用具有一定指导意义。

摘要: 为了将改性处理之后的污泥含水率降低至55%以下,节约后续直接填埋或者焚烧污泥等处置费用,利用某污水处理厂的污泥高干脱水装置,采用铁盐、石灰、PAC和PAM复合使用对污泥改性处理,研究改性处理后的污泥经板框压滤之后脱水的效果。结果表明,投入待处理污泥干重的10%硫酸亚铁和20%石灰,3%氯化铁与20%石灰,13%聚合氯化铝与0.3%聚丙烯酰胺改性较为理想,改性后的污泥经隔膜压滤后极大地降低了污泥的体积,对工程应用具有一定指导意义。
