摘要: 机械蒸汽再压缩(MVR)技术是利用自身产生的二次蒸汽的能量以减少对外界能源需求的一项蒸发脱盐技术,可实现含盐废水浓缩减量化甚至零排放处理。为考察以板式塑料膜作为换热器的MVR法的处理效果,以含盐废水为研究对象开展中试规模实验研究,重点分析MVR法的水回收率、脱盐率、浓缩倍数、腐蚀结垢和能耗等情况。结果表明:系统水回用率达85.10%,脱盐率达99.66%,浓缩倍数达6.20,出水水质可达到《城市污水再生利用工业用水水质》(GB/T 19923-2005)的要求;浓缩液中CaSO4离子积远大于溶度积,系统长期运行可能有结垢风险,但蒸发器采用有机合成材料,不会产生腐蚀问题;MVR法处理吨水能耗仅为46.34 kWh,较常规蒸发处理技术低。

Abstract: Mechanical vapor recompression(MVR) is a desalination technology that utilizes the latent heat of the vapor compressed by MVR itself to reduce other energy demands;it can concentrate and reduce saline wastewater,even zero emission.In order to investigate the treatment effect of MVR using a new plate-type plastic heat exchanger as its evaporator,a pilot-scale experiment was performed using saline wastewater as the research subject,and the water recovery rate,desalination rate,concentration ratio,corrosion and scaling,and energy consumption were analyzed emphatically.The result shows that the condensate water quality meets the requirement of reuse of urban recycling water:Water Quality Standard for Industrial Uses(GB/T 19923-2005) with the water recovery rate of 85.10%,desalination rate of 99.66%,and concentration ratio of 6.20.The ion product of CaSO4 in the concentrate is greater than its solubility product,which indicates presence of scaling risk in a long-running process.The evaporator of MVR is made of synthetic organic materials,and it cannot be corroded.The energy consumed on treating 1 ton water is only 46.34 kWh,less than other evaporation technologies.
