粉煤灰和铁尾矿对烧结海泥多孔砖泛霜程度的影响
Influences of fly ash and iron waste ore on efflorescence degree of fired sea soil perforated brick

摘要: 针对粉煤灰、铁尾矿2种不同特性工业废渣对烧结海泥多孔砖试样泛霜程度的影响进行了初步实验研究和分析。实验结果和分析表明,粉煤灰和铁尾矿分别等质量取代5%,10%,15%和20%海泥时,各配比原料土中可溶性硫酸根离子的质量浓度随粉煤灰和铁尾矿掺量的增加而减低,但粉煤灰的降低幅度远低于铁尾矿的降低幅度;经950℃烧结砖样中可溶性硫酸根离子的质量浓度均随粉煤灰和铁尾矿掺量增加而降低,对于粉煤灰来说该降低幅度几乎接近,对于铁尾矿来说则随铁尾矿增加而明显减小,且均远低于掺粉煤灰砖样。与粉煤灰相比,铁尾矿减轻烧结海泥多孔砖泛霜程度的有利因素更多。Abstract: The preliminary experimental studies and analyses on the influence of two kinds of industrial waste slag of fly ash and iron waste ore which have different characteristics on the efflorescence degree of fired sea soil perforated brick were carried out. The experimental results and analyses demonstrated that the mass concentration of the solubility SO2-4 in each proportion raw soil decreased with the increase of the incorporation content of fly ash and iron waste ore when 5%,10%, 15% and 20% of sea soil were replaced by fly ash or iron waste ore at equivalent mass. But the decrease extent of fly ash was much lower than that of iron waste ore. The mass concentration of the solubility SO2-4 of brick sample fired at 950℃ also reduced with the increase of the incorporation content of fly ash or iron waste ore. The decrease extent for fly ash was almost approaching. The decreased extent for iron waste ore decreased obviously with the increase of iron waste ore, and the decreased extent was all lower than that of fly ash brick samples. Iron waste ore has more advantageous factors to alleviate the efflorescence degree of sea soil fired perforated brick than those of fly ash.
