改进型曝气生物滤池的生物量和生物活性
Biomass and microbial activity in modified biological aerated filter

摘要: 改进型曝气生物滤池为下向流中部曝气法,采用进水水力负荷为1.63 m/d,气水比为10∶1,温度25~30℃,气水联合反冲与局部反冲相结合的方式,利用重量法及脂磷法对曝气生物滤池内的生物量和生物活性进行了研究分析。结果表明:生物滤池沿程生物量逐渐减少,进水口及曝气口附近生物量生长密集,生物膜沿程好氧速率(OUR)逐渐减少,滤层深度90 cm处最低,出水端OUR值反弹升高;生物TTC-脱氢酶活性沿水流方向逐渐减低,滤层深度90 cm处附近反弹增加。Abstract: The down-flow biological aerated filter utilized the aeration system installed in the middle. In this modified biological aerated filter, the hydraulic loading was 1.63 m/d, gas-to-liquid ratio was 10∶1, temperature was 15~35℃ and air-water combined backwash and particle backwash was adopted. The gravimetric method and lipid-P method was used to investigate the biomass and microbial activity in the biological aerated filter. The results show that the biomass and oxygen uptake rate (OUR) of biofilm tend to decrease gradually along the biological aerated filter. Most biomass is included near the inlet and aeration system inlet. In the depth of 90 cm, the OUR is lowest and in the outlet, the OUR increases instead. The TTC-dehydrogenase activity decreases along the water flow direction and increases in the depth of 90 cm.
