给水厂污泥吸附Cr(Ⅵ)的性能研究

摘要: 采用给水厂污泥对浓度为100 mg/L的模拟含Cr(Ⅵ)废水进行了吸附性能的研究。结果表明,给水厂污泥可吸附处理含Cr(Ⅵ)废水,吸附量可达0.89 mg/g。动力学研究结果表明,给水厂污泥对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附符合二级吸附动力学模型,吸附速率常数(k2)为3.48×10-3g/(mg·min);热力学研究结果表明,吸附过程可以用Freundlich和Langmuir方程描述,相关系数在0.98以上;计算得出给水厂污泥对Cr(VI)吸附热力学参数:吸附焓(ΔH)为-28.618 kJ/mol,吸附自由能(ΔG)和吸附熵(ΔS)均为负值,表明该吸附为一自发的放热过程。Abstract: The adsorption of the stimulant wastewater containing 100 mg/L Cr(Ⅵ) on waterworks sludge was discussed in the paper. Results showed that waterworks sludge as a adsorbent could treat chrome-containing wastewater. The adsorption mass for Cr(Ⅵ) was 0.89 mg/g. The adsorption behavior and mechanism of Cr(Ⅵ) adsorption on waterworks sludge were studied. Kinetic studies showed that Cr(Ⅵ) adsorption on waterworks sludge fitted the second-order kinetic model. The adsorption rate constant (k2) was 3.48×10-3 g/(mg·min). Isotherm studies illustrated that adsorption could be described by Freundlich and Langmuir isotherm model, with the correlation coefficients over 0.98. The adsorption thermodynamic parameters were also determined. The value of the enthalpy (ΔH) for Cr(Ⅵ) adsorption on waterworks sludge was -28.618 kJ/mol,and values of the free energy (ΔG) and the entropy (ΔS) were negative, which indicated that the adsorption process was spontaneous and exothermic.
