微波修复石油污染土壤升温特性影响因素的实验研究
Experimental study on influencing factors of heating-up characteristics of microwave thermal remediation of soil contaminated with crude oil

摘要: 实验研究了微波功率、土壤受污染程度和各种吸波介质对微波修复石油污染土壤升温特性的影响,所用的吸波介质有水、颗粒活性炭、铝、镍、三氧化二钴、三氧化二铬和氧化锡。实验中以氮气为保护气微波辐照各种石油污染土壤样品,测量样品的升温特性。实验结果表明:(1)随着微波加热功率的增加,石油污染土壤的升温速率和最高温度都增大,功率从490 W增加到700 W,升温速率从0.39℃/s上升到0.67℃/s,最高温度从114.2℃增大到121.5℃;(2)石油污染土壤的升温速率和最高温度随着石油污染程度的增大而减小;(3)在所研究的各种吸波介质中,颗粒活性炭的作用效果最好,可有效提高升温速率和最高温度。Abstract: The effects of microwave power, polluting strength and absorbing medium on heating-up characteristics of oil-contaminated soil using microwave heating were studied through a series of experiments. The absorbing medium used in the tests includes water, granular active carbon, aluminum, nickel, cobaltic oxide, chromium sesquioxide and tin oxide. In the experiments, oil-contaminated soil was treated using microwave heating with nitrogen as the protection gas, and the heating-up characteristics was received and analyzed. Experimental results showed that the rate of heating and the maximum temperature went up with the increase of microwave power. With the power raised from 490 W to 700 W, the rate of heating increased from 0.39℃/s to 0.67℃/s, and the maximum temperature increased from 114.2℃ to 121.5℃. The rate of heating and the maximum temperature went down with the increase of the level of oil pollution. Granular active carbon is the best absorbing medium among the absorbing medium that was tested, which can improve the rate of heating and the maximum temperature effectively.
