甲苯在硝酸盐还原条件下的生物降解性能研究

摘要: 通过对长期受石油污染的土著微生物进行培养驯化,得到适于降解甲苯的优势混合菌,并对其在硝酸盐还原条件下降解甲苯的性能进行研究。结果表明,驯化所得甲苯降解菌的最适降解条件为:温度25℃,pH值7.5,C/N值15,接种量1%。混合降解菌对硝态氮的去除符合一级动力学特征,其降解速率常数为0.0021 mg/(L·h)。采用非抑制型MONOD动力学方程,对甲苯降解过程进行拟合,得到混合菌的表观最大比增殖速率为0.0348 h-1,而甲苯的最大比基质降解速率为0.0225 h-1,半衰期为4.50 d。Abstract: Mixed culture was acclimatized from soil contaminated by petroleum and applied on a series of batch experiments to investigate the anoxic toluene biodegradation with nitrate as electron acceptor. The results show that the optimal temperature is 25℃, pH is 7.5, C/N ratio is 15 and microbes density is 1%。Further study shows the removal of nitrate-nitrogen tallies with one order kinetic characteristics, which degradation rate constant is 0.0021 mg/(L·h). Through MONOD kinetics analysis, the obvious maximum-specific-growth rate of mixed culture is 0.0348 h-1 and maximum specific-toluene-degradation rate is 0.0225 h-1 with half-life 4.50 d.
