活性焦表面性质对CuO/AC脱硫性能的影响

摘要: 分别以不同浓度的硝酸处理活性焦载体,采用硝酸铜溶液浸渍法制备CuO/AC催化剂,利用BET、FT-IR和XRD等方法对载体及催化剂进行表征。考察了不同浓度的硝酸处理对活性焦载体性质的影响,并对制得的催化剂的脱硫性能进行了比较。结果表明,活性焦经过硝酸处理后孔结构参数变化很小,而表面含氧酸性官能团的含量有了很大的提高,使得催化剂中活性组分CuO在活性焦载体上有更好的分散度,提高了CuO/AC的脱硫性能;使用20%硝酸处理后活性焦制得的催化剂其硫容达40.6 mg SO2/g催化剂,比未硝酸处理活性焦制得的催化剂硫容提高41.5%。Abstract: Activated coke(AC) supports were treated by HNO3 of different concentrations, then CuO/AC catalysts were prepared with activated coke by impregnation. The effect of desulfurization ability with CuO/AC catalysts was investigated. Activated coke supports and CuO/AC catalysts were characterized by BET, FT-IR and XRD. The results show that pore texture of activated coke supports change slightly after nitric acid-treatment, but acidic functional groups on the surface of activated coke increase. This leads to better dispersion of CuO, which increases desufurization ability of CuO/AC catalysts. After treatment with 20% HNO3, the sulfur capacity of CuO/AC is 40.6 mg SO2/g catalyst, which is 41.5% higher than untreated catalyst.
