水解酸化-活性污泥法处理印染废水研究

摘要: 以江苏某印染企业废水工程为例,探讨了水解酸化活性污泥法在印染废水处理中的应用。结果表明该工艺可以较好地解决PVA、染料的处理问题,印染废水处理后达到《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》(GB4287-92)一级排放标准。与传统的物理化学-生化法相比,该工艺具有处理效率高、运行稳定、动力消耗低和污泥量少等优点。Abstract: The practical engineering effect of treating printing and dyeing water with hydrolysis and acidificationactivated sludge system was introduced and discussed. It showed that the system has advantages on removing PVA,manmade fibre and alkali materials,newstyle aid reagent, which are difficult to be degraded. After treatment the effluent could reach the first grade discharge standard of Water Pollutants for Dyeing and Finishing of Textile Industry(GB4287-92).
