新型一体化生物反应器脱氮的影响因素研究
Study on influencing factors of nitrogen removal by a novel integral bioreactor

摘要: 采用中心岛式一体化OCO工艺处理模拟生活污水,考察了溶解氧(DO)、碳氮比(C/N)、水力停留时间(HRT)和pH值对其脱氮效率的影响。试验结果表明:在好氧区DO为2.0 mg/L左右,C/N为8.5左右,HRT为12 h左右,pH值为7.4~7.8时,该工艺具有较为理想的脱氮效果,达到85%。试验还表明,该工艺的一体化沉淀池具有沉淀效能高、抗水力冲击能力强的特点。Abstract: Based on the manual simulated domestic sewage as the treatment media,the influences of dissolved oxygen (DO), carbon to nitrogen ratios (C/N), hydraulic retention time (HRT) and pH value on nitrogen removal were studied by the integral OCO process with the centerisland settling tank. The experimental results show that the TN removal efficiency is satisfactory and achieves 85% when DO in the oxic area is about 2 mg/L, C/N ratios is about 8.5, HRT is 12 h, and pH is between 7.4~7.8. This centerisland settling tank of novel integral OCO process has high separating efficiency for solidliquid and powerful resistance to hydraulic load shock.
