表面活性剂加强动电技术去除污泥中铜和镉

摘要: 以实际城市污泥为研究对象,通过采用表面活性剂作为阴极液,并考虑阴极液pH值、表面活性剂类型和电压3种因素对动电技术去除污泥中重金属(铜和镉)的影响,选用正交试验确定最佳试验条件。结果表明,采用表明活性剂作为阴极液加强动电技术去除污泥中重金属是可行的,铜和镉的去除率分别达到11.1%~52.6%和9.1%~46.7%。通过对正交试验结果进行极差和方差分析,试验的最佳条件为:电压为20 V,阴极液加入十六烷基三甲基氯化铵并控制pH值为4~6。表面活性剂的类型对动电技术去除镉具有显著影响。其中,表面活性剂类型对动电过程的影响最大,阴极液pH值次之,电压影响最小。Abstract: The effects of using different surfactants as cathode purging solution, controlling acidity of cathode purging solution and voltage on removing Cd and Cu from actual sewage sludge by electrokinetic technique were investigated, and the orthogonal experiments were chosen to confirm the optimum treatment conditions. The results showed that it was feasible to use surfactant as cathode purging solution during electrokinetic process, and the removal rates were 11.1%~52.6% and 9.1%~46.7% for Cu and Cd, respectively. Through the analysis of range and variance of Cu and Cd removal efficiency, the optimum experiment conditions were hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride used as cathode purging solution, the pH value 4~6, and the voltage 20 V. The conclusion is that the types of surfactants is a remarkable affecting factor, and the order of affecting factors is the types of surfactant >the pH value of the cathode solution> the voltage value.
