摘要: 微囊藻毒素(MCs)是富营养化淡水水体中蓝藻的爆发性繁殖产生的最常见的藻毒素,因其分布广、结构稳定、毒性大引起了科学界的广泛关注。本文系统梳理了微囊藻毒素在我国水体中的污染现状和典型毒性效应及毒性作用机制。另外,针对目前藻毒素研究的不足提出了建议,可为有效降低环境中微囊藻毒素的潜在安全风险及深入研究其生态毒性效应提供支持。Abstract: Microcystins (MCs), which is the most popular algae toxins generated by the explosive propagation of Cyanobacteria in the eutrophic fresh water, have caused worldwide concerns for their great toxicity, widespread distribution and structural stability. This review summarized the recent development of pollution status of MCs and their representative toxicity and toxic mechanism. In addition, the suggestions were put forward for present studies, in order to provide the basis for effectively reducing the potential security risks and studying deeply the ecotoxicological effects of microcystins.
