摘要:
采用厌氧发酵方式处理林可霉素菌渣,研究了温度、含固率、接种比等因素对林可霉素菌渣厌氧发酵的影响,并以单位累积净产甲烷量为标准判断林可霉素厌氧发酵的可行性及发酵程度。试验结果证实了林可霉素菌渣进行厌氧发酵的可行性,最佳条件为中温(35℃)发酵、含固率5%、接种比2。此外,采用USR反应器半连续进料方式探讨了启动阶段和运行阶段厌氧发酵工况,试验结果证明:启动阶段pH、氨氮、碱度、挥发酸均处于正常范围,运行状态良好;提高负荷运行阶段,氨氮和碱度虽有增加,但整个厌氧发酵系统仍处于较稳定的状态,且产气量也有较大增加。
Abstract:
In this paper, anaerobic digestion was used to treat lincomycin mycelial residues (LMRs). The effects of temperature, solid content, inoculation ratio and other factors on anaerobic digestion of LMRs were studied. Net unit cumulative production of methane was used to evaluate the feasibility and degree of anaerobic digestion of LMRs. The results showed that medium temperature (35℃), 5% of solid content, and inoculation ratio of 2 were the optimum conditions. In addition, semi-continuous feed method was adopted by use of up-flow sludge reactor (USR) to study the effects of anaerobic digestion of LMRs in the start-up phase and operation phase. The test results showed that the value of pH, ammonia nitrogen, alkalinity, and volatile acid in the start-up phase were all in the normal range and in good operation state. Ammonia nitrogen and alkalinity increased as the feed rate increased, but the anaerobic digestion system still remained relatively stable, and gas production also increased greatly.
